In a Wilhelminian style house from 1900 in the heart of Salzburg’s Andräviertel, we transformed two apartments with 18 rooms into a modern, contemporary loft. The urban revitalization of the historical substance required a delicate touch, with monument preservation and sustainability at the center of attention.
With its minimalist and linear aesthetics, the loft harmoniously blends into the surrounding Wilhelminian style houses, displaying an exclusive living atmosphere through a carefully coordinated selection of furniture, fabrics, and surfaces.
After completely gutting the apartments and adapting the layout to the client’s wishes, we restructured the rooms thermally, acoustically, electrically, and reestablished fire safety.
